It's one person answering — me. No support desk, no ticket number, no bot. If something isn't working I'd rather sort it out than have you give up on it.
Tell me what's going on and I'll come back to you. If something isn't working, mention what device you're on and paste your RenewKit link in — I can usually spot the problem from that alone.
Messages come straight to my inbox, not a support queue. If you've already had an email from me, replying to it works just as well.
Consult tips, funnel breakdowns and whatever I'm building next.
Run the demo first — it's the whole tool, no signup, and it answers most questions faster than I can.
SEE RENEWKITThese cover most of what lands in my inbox. Worth thirty seconds — you'll probably be sorted before I've even read your message.
This is the serious one for RenewKit, so I'll be straight with you: your link carries the key that decrypts your client records, and there is no copy of it anywhere else. Search your inbox for the email you sent yourself from the setup page. If it is genuinely gone the records cannot be recovered — not by me, not by anyone — and you would be starting a fresh book. Search hard before you conclude it's lost.
Check the badge at the top right. Sync off means there's no sync address in your setup — regenerate your link with it filled in. Offline means it can't reach your hosting, which usually clears by itself. Not saved means it reached the server and was refused, normally because the address is http:// instead of https://. Your records stay safe on the tablet meanwhile.
Open your link on the new device rather than typing the address by hand — the records live under your key, and without the key there is nothing to open. If they're still missing, the old device may have had changes it never uploaded: open it, wait for the badge to say Saved, then try again.
Yes. Go back to your setup page, change them, generate a new link and re-add it to your home screen. Your client records are unaffected — they live under your key, which stays the same unless you deliberately generate a new one.
On an iPhone or iPad it has to be Safari — if the link opens in Chrome or inside your email app's browser, the Add to Home Screen option simply isn't there. Copy the link, paste it into Safari, then Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android it's Chrome → menu → Install app.
No. If you have, the attendance line on the review is exact and fills itself in. If you haven't, you type the number at review time and everything else works the same.
Yes — reply to your receipt within 30 days and you get your money back. No form to fill in, and you don't have to explain yourself.
