What RenewKit is, what it isn't, and where the responsibility sits.

What the tool produces

RenewKit records a client's starting measurements, the sessions they attend, and the measurements taken at each review. It compares one against the other and prints a sheet showing what changed, alongside the trainer's own rates for a further block.

Every figure on that sheet is one a trainer entered. RenewKit performs arithmetic on those figures; it does not measure anything, verify anything, or form a view about anybody's health.

Not medical advice

Nothing RenewKit produces is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Changes in weight, body composition and resting heart rate depend on sleep, stress, illness, medication, hydration and a great deal besides training, and a review sheet is not a clinical assessment.

Anyone managing a medical condition, taking prescribed medication, pregnant or postpartum, or recovering from surgery should obtain their doctor's guidance before beginning or increasing physical activity.

Measurements and expectations

Comparisons are only as good as the numbers put into them. Measurements taken at different times of day, with different equipment, or by different people will differ for reasons that have nothing to do with training.

The projections RenewKit shows — how many further weeks a goal might take at the rate already observed — are arithmetic, not a forecast, and are not a promise of any result. No specific outcome is guaranteed by the tool or by anyone using it.

Your client records

Client records are encrypted in the trainer's browser before they leave the device, using a key that exists only inside the trainer's own link. They are then stored, still encrypted, on hosting Lead Frog runs, filed under an anonymous identifier. Lead Frog does not hold the key and cannot read the contents, and neither could anybody who obtained a copy of that storage.

That also means recovery is impossible. A trainer who loses their link loses the key, and the records cannot be decrypted by Lead Frog or by anybody else. This is a deliberate consequence of the design, not a limitation to be worked around, and the setup page says so before a key is ever generated.

Trainers are responsible for keeping their link safe and for the security of the devices they use the tool on.

Data protection

Trainers are the data controller for everything they record about their clients, including measurements and attendance. They are responsible for collecting, storing, retaining, disclosing and disposing of it in line with the privacy law that applies where they practise, and for telling their clients what they hold.

Lead Frog never holds readable client data. What it stores is ciphertext it has no means of decrypting.

Scope of practice

RenewKit is licensed to fitness professionals, who are responsible for using it within their own scope of practice and in accordance with the rules of their certifying body.

Recording a measurement does not qualify anybody to interpret it clinically. Where a number is unexpected or concerning, refer.

Lead Frog does not supervise, review or approve how any trainer uses the tool, and is not party to the relationship between a trainer and their client — including anything agreed about payment, packages or renewals.

Availability

The tool itself runs in the trainer's browser and needs no connection to function — an installed copy keeps working offline, and the records on that device stay usable. Syncing those records between devices does depend on hosting Lead Frog runs. No uptime is promised for it, or for this website.

Liability

RenewKit is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Frog accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of the tool, from reliance on any figure it displays, or from the loss or corruption of client records however caused.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
