THE BLOCK ENDS AND THEY DRIFT.

Nobody quits. They just get busy, and the next block never gets booked. You'd have renewed them if you'd had the conversation — but the conversation is hard to start when the scale only moved nine pounds and you both remember them hoping for twenty.

THEY FORGOT WHERE THEY STARTED

Twelve weeks is long enough that nobody remembers. They know the scale disappointed them. They've stopped noticing the waist, the resting heart rate, and the fact they now squat bodyweight.

YOU CAN'T SAY THE REAL REASON

They attended seventeen of twenty-four. That's why it wasn't more. Saying so out loud sounds like blame no matter how kindly you put it — so most trainers don't, and the client concludes it didn't work.

THE ONES WHO SUCCEEDED LEAVE TOO

They hit the goal, so the goal is over. Without a reason to keep going and a bigger thing to aim at, your best client quietly becomes a former client.

RUN IT YOURSELF. NO SIGNUP.

A real client is already in the demo — twelve weeks in, seventeen of twenty-four sessions attended, nine pounds down against a twenty-pound goal. Open her, hit Start a review, put in today's numbers and watch what the screen says back.

THE SENTENCE YOU CAN'T SAY OUT LOUD.

Every kit I build does one job: it says the awkward thing so you don't have to. For RenewKit, this is it.

1

YOU LOG SESSIONS AS YOU GO

One tap after each session. Takes a second, and it settles the package count permanently — no more disagreements about how many are left.

2

THE REVIEW DOES THE MATHS

“You attended 17 of a possible 24 sessions this block. That's 71%, and 7 sessions that didn't happen.” On screen, in your branding, above your rates.

3

THE QUESTION CHANGES

It stops being did this work and becomes what happens if I actually turn up three times a week. That's a renewal conversation you can win.

You didn't accuse anyone of anything. The screen did the arithmetic and they drew their own conclusion — which is the only version of that conversation that doesn't cost you the client.

TWO CLIENTS. ONE SCREEN.

The same review handles both, and flags a different line for each. You don't choose — the numbers do.

THE ONE WHO SLIPPED

Attendance, honestly. Seventeen of twenty-four, and the seven that didn't happen.

The timeline, reframed. Twenty pounds was always a twenty-four week job. They're 45% of the way there, which is progress, not failure.

The wins they missed. Waist down 2.5 inches. Resting heart rate down 8. They'd only been looking at the scale.

Same tier recommended. Selling a bigger commitment to somebody already missing sessions helps nobody.

THE ONE WHO DIDN'T

Attendance, celebrated. Twenty-three of twenty-four. That's why the numbers look the way they do, and it's the habit worth protecting.

The whole arc. Every measure, then and now, on one screen. This is the one they photograph and send to people.

What's next, not more of the same. The goal is done; renewing them onto a repeat is how you lose them.

A bigger tier recommended. They've proved they turn up. Your best client is an upsell, not just a renewal.

AND IT KEEPS THE MONEY STRAIGHT.

Log what each client pays, when they pay it, and which block it belongs to. It is the one part of training nobody writes down properly, and the part that costs you when it goes wrong.

Sessions come from payments, not from a calendar. Once you have logged a payment for a client, what they are owed is worked out from what has actually been paid — not from an assumption that this month's charge went through.

A balance never quietly disappears. Money still owed on a finished block follows them onto the next one, in red, until it is settled. Pay more than the block costs and it says that too.

Or ignore all of it. Log nothing and RenewKit works exactly as it did before — this is per client, and only for the ones you want tracked.

ENCRYPTED BEFORE IT LEAVES THE TABLET.

RenewKit remembers your clients — that's the whole point — so unlike a form it has something worth protecting. Records are scrambled on your device using a key that lives inside your link and nowhere else, then stored on the RenewKit server. What is stored is meaningless characters, and the key is not there — it is in your link. I can't read them either.

YOUR HOSTING, NOT MINE

One small file on your own web space. No third-party service holding your clients' health history, and no monthly bill for storage.

ANY DEVICE, SAME LINK

New tablet, borrowed laptop, phone in a pinch — open your link and everything is there. No account, no password to reset.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL

Log sessions and run reviews offline. It catches up the next time you have a connection.

The trade-off, said plainly: your link is your key. Lose it and the records can't be recovered by anyone, including me. The setup page tells you to email it to yourself, and it means it.

ONE FORM AND YOU'RE DONE.

Three steps, about five minutes, and you never do it again unless your rates change.

1

FILL IN ONE FORM

Business name, colours, your session rates and what a block includes. Live preview as you type.

2

GET YOUR LINK

One tap generates it, along with the key that protects your records. Email it to yourself — that email is your backup.

3

ADD IT TO YOUR HOME SCREEN

Point your tablet's camera at the QR code. Add to Home Screen and it becomes an app — full screen, your branding, working with no signal.

Who built this

I SPENT SEVEN YEARS ON YOUR SIDE OF THE TABLE.

I'm Erik. I was a certified personal trainer for seven years — commercial gyms first, then private clients — on top of about thirty years of my own training and a stint as a Division 1 NCAA track athlete.

I'm not training people any more. I went back to what I did before it, which is building websites and running marketing, and have been at that since 1999. But I remember the end of a block.

I lost clients I shouldn't have lost. Not because the training didn't work — because twelve weeks later neither of us could remember where we'd started, and “you're doing great, want to book another block?” is a weak thing to say to somebody who's disappointed.

What I never did, and wish I had, was write the numbers down properly and put them side by side at the end. Not to prove anything. Just so the person could see what they'd actually done, instead of comparing where they were to where they'd hoped to be.

That's all RenewKit is. The conversation I kept having badly, handled by a screen.

It's one person — me — so if you email, I'm the one who answers.

One client who renews instead of drifting covers it more than ten times over.

QUESTIONS TRAINERS ASK.

The ones that come up most. If yours isn't here, email me and I'll answer it myself.

Do I have to log every session?

No. If you've been logging, the review fills the attendance in for you and that line is exact. If you haven't, you type the number at review time and everything else works identically. The log is there because it's also the cleanest way to settle a package count, not because the tool falls over without it.

Where are my client records stored?

Encrypted on your tablet, then synced to a small file on the RenewKit server. The key lives inside your link and never reaches the server, so what's stored is scrambled characters that nobody can read — not somebody who breaks in, and not me. The trade is that losing your link loses the records permanently, which is why setup tells you to email it to yourself.

What if I don't have hosting?

You can run it without, and records stay on that one tablet. I don't recommend it once you have real clients — browsers clear local storage on their own schedule, and a replaced tablet takes everything with it. Any basic shared hosting will do; the file is a few kilobytes.

Do I need a website?

No. Your link works on its own and lives on your home screen.

What happens with no wifi?

Everything except syncing. Log sessions, run reviews, print — all offline. It catches up when you're back on a connection.

Can I use it for clients I started months ago?

Yes. Put in whatever numbers you took when they began, or your best record of them. The comparison is only as good as the starting numbers, so it's worth digging out the old sheet.

I already own ConsultKit or IntakeKit. Is this the same setup?

Same page, same idea, five minutes. And you get $30 off — email me and I'll send you a link.

What if I want a refund?

Reply to your receipt within 30 days and you get your money back. No form to fill in.

TAKE THE CLIENT RENEWAL SCRIPT. IT'S FREE.

What to say at the end of a block, for each of the three ways it can go — they smashed it, it was middling, or they barely showed up. You can open it right now. The words, not the theory, and useful with whatever you're doing now.

Fair warning: the hardest one to deliver is the middling client, and the reason it's hard is that you can't say the attendance number out loud. That's the thing RenewKit does for you.

Add your first name and a valid email.

You'll get one email asking you to confirm — click it and the script comes straight through, along with the demo link. Unsubscribe whenever.

THE SAME CLIENTS. TWICE AS LONG.

You don't need more leads to earn more this year. You need the people already paying you to book a second block, and a third. That decision gets made in one conversation at the end of twelve weeks — and right now you're having it from memory, against a client who only remembers the scale.

$[[PRICE]] once. 30-day refund. One saved client pays for it ten times over.

NOT SOLD YET? FAIR ENOUGH.

TAKE THE CLIENT RENEWAL SCRIPT ANYWAY. Most trainers lose the consult in the last two minutes. The script covers those two minutes — what to ask, when to stop talking, and how to put your number out there without softening it.
